Cut the Josef Dettelbacher grilled mince in 6 slices and fry them briefly on both sides.
You could use a package of pre-cooked potatoes à la Provençal, but for an even more authentic taste you can peel, wash and quarter the potatoes yourself. Place the potatoes on a baking tray pre-greased with olive oil Add the olive oil, oregano, coarsely ground sea salt and pepper, and mix well. Set aside for 35 minutes and bake the potatoes in a 220°C preheated oven for 30-45 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Cook the vegetables until still firm to the bite.
You can also heat up the meat by immersing the unopened package in non-boiling water for 15 minutes.
