Cut the grilled ham off the bone into thin slices of about 3 mm, so that they can be folded easily. Place the ham off the bone on a skewer with cherry tomatoes, gherkins, etc. Serve with a honey-mustard dip.
Cutting the ham diagonally will produce longer slices that can be folded into decorative zigzags!
